The top of the first adsorption tower is fixedly connected to a pipe 1, and the end of pipe 2 away from the first adsorption tower is fixedly connected to the top of the second adsorption tower. Two valves 1 are fixedly installed on the outside of pipe 1, and two valves 2 are fixedly installed on the outside of pipe 2.

  The exhaust pipe is fixedly connected to the outer side of pipe 1 between the two valves 1. The temperature controller 1 is fixedly installed on the outer side of the exhaust pipe, and the temperature controller 3 is fixedly installed on the outer side of pipe 2 between the two valves 2. Pipe 3 is fixedly connected to pipe 2 at one end close to pipe 2. A valve 3 is fixedly installed on one side of pipe 3, and a temperature controller 6 is fixedly installed at the end away from pipe 2. Pipe 5 is fixedly connected between valve 3 and temperature controller 6. Valve 8 is fixedly installed on one side of the auxiliary cooler; pipe 6 is fixedly connected to one end of pipe 5 close to pipe 3; a main cooler is fixedly installed on one side of pipe 5, and a separator is fixedly installed on the outer side of pipe 5 on the main cooler side, and a temperature controller 4 is fixedly installed on the outer side of pipe 5 between pipe 4 and valve 5.

  The end of pipe 5 away from the first adsorption tower is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second adsorption tower. Six valves are fixedly installed on both sides of pipe 7. The end of pipe 6 away from pipe 5 is fixedly connected to the outer side of pipe 8. The temperature controller 5 is fixedly installed between pipe 4 and pipe 8. The end of pipe 8 away from the first adsorption tower is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second adsorption tower. Pressure gauges are provided on the outer sides of the first and second adsorption towers. Standby heating boxes are provided on the outer sides of the first and second adsorption towers.
