Refrigerated air dryer Maintenance.

　　1. Observe and record instrument readings four times per shift. The inlet and outlet pressure difference of compressed air should not exceed 0.035mpa; the evaporation pressure gauge should be 0.4mpa-0.5mpa; the high-pressure pressure gauge should be 1.2mpa-1.6mpa. Regularly observe the drainage and sewage system of the refrigerated air dryer.

　　2. The float drain device should be cleaned about once a week. The sewage pipe should be drained once a week. Electronic drainage device cleaning method: Close the ball valve in front of the automatic drainer; loosen the upper fastening nut and remove the timing coil. During the cleaning process, the coil must not contact water; otherwise, the coil will burn out.

　　3. Remove the hose, loosen the drain pipe valve body, and drain the compressed air in the drain pipe; remove the spool and wipe it clean.

　　4. Rotate the valve body back to its original position, gently open the front ball valve with compressed air to discharge impurities, water, and oil from the drainage system; clean the valve body with a cloth; reinstall the valve core and timing coil; install the hose and open the front ball valve.

　　5. Regularly observe the inlet temperature of the cooling water system and compressed air system of the refrigerated air dryer. The cooling water temperature is 2~32℃; the water pressure is 0.15~0.3mpa.

　　6. The compressed air inlet temperature should generally be less than or equal to 45℃ (it is recommended to touch the inlet pipe by hand), except in special cases.

　　7. The cooling water should be kept clean. The Y-type filter should be cleaned once every half month, and the water quality should be checked once a month; the condenser should be cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality), and the air condenser should be cleaned once a month.

　　8. When cleaning the air condenser, avoid pressing the condenser fins as much as possible.

　　9. There should be sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation space around the air condenser, and it should not be used under direct sunlight; regularly use compressed air to remove surface dust and clean with compressed air flow, the pressure should not be too high.

　　10. Shell and tube water condenser cleaning: Close the cooling water inlet and outlet, open the end cap of the unconnected water pipe, the gasket only needs to be cleaned with water; the inside of the copper pipe can be cleaned with gas, water, or even a rag stick; when cleaning, pay attention to not using too much force to avoid breaking the internal copper pipe.

　　11. Regularly observe the refrigeration system of the refrigerated air dryer. Touch the refrigerated air dryer at least once a day; it should normally be cold and frosty.

　　12. The temperature difference between the two sides of the refrigerated air dryer should not be too large. The inlet is hot and the outlet is cool, which needs to be replaced.

　　13. If any abnormal noise or heat is found in the compressor, please contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.

　　14. Check the electrical control system of the refrigerated air dryer: remove dust and tighten the terminal blocks (this should be done without power).

　　15. Appearance maintenance: Regularly wipe the oil stains and dust on the surface of the refrigerated air dryer equipment with a clean towel. Clean the dust and oil stains on the ground of the refrigerated air dryer and air compressor. Keep the environment clean.

　　16. Using refrigerant and compressed air for heat exchange, the compressed air temperature reaches a dew point temperature range of 2~10℃. With the continuous development of the refrigerated air dryer industry, more and more enterprises have entered the air compressor industry, more and more people prefer the refrigerated air dryer industry, and many enterprises have stood out.

　　17. According to the cooling method of the condenser, refrigerated air dryers can be divided into air-cooled and water-cooled types. According to the high and low points of the inlet temperature, they are divided into high-temperature inlet type (below 80℃) and normal temperature inlet type (around 45℃).
