How is the combination dryer debugged? It can generally be divided into three types: no-load test, load test, and precision test.

　　(1) No-load test: The maintainability of equipment installation accuracy, the firmness of the equipment, the transmission, operation, control, lubrication, hydraulic systems, etc., whether the various parameters and performance are normal and sensitive and reliable under no load conditions. A certain period of no-load operation is a necessary step to polish before using new equipment.

　　(2) Equipment load test: The experimental equipment is tested under several standard load conditions. During the load test, the temperature rise of the bearings should be checked according to the specifications, and the operation of the hydraulic system, transmission, operation, control, and safety devices should be evaluated to see if they meet the factory standards, whether they are normal, safe, and reliable. Testing under different load conditions is the work required for new equipment polishing. The quality of the test run has a great impact on the life of the equipment.

　　(3) Equipment precision test: Generally speaking, after the load test, it should be carried out according to the instructions, and the geometric accuracy of the equipment itself and the accuracy of the work (processing products) should be checked. This experiment is mostly carried out two months after the equipment is put into use.

　　What are the tasks after the combination dryer is running?

　　First, separate the total circuit and power source of the combination dryer, and then perform the following equipment inspection and recording work:

　　(1) After polishing, clean, lubricate, tighten, replace or repair and debug defective parts to ensure the equipment is in the best working condition. (2) Create and organize inspection records of equipment geometric accuracy and processing accuracy, as well as experimental records of other functions. (3) Organize records of the situation during the equipment trial operation (including troubleshooting). (4) For problems that cannot be adjusted, analyze the reasons, summarize the equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, storage, and installation. (5) Make an evaluation conclusion and processing opinions on the equipment operation, handle the handover procedures, and indicate the personnel and date participating in the test drive.

　　Acceptance and transfer of equipment installation projects.

　　(1) The construction acceptance of the equipment foundation is jointly accepted by the quality inspector of the construction department and the civil engineering institute, and the construction acceptance form is filled out. The construction quality of the foundation must meet the foundation degree and technical requirements.

　　(2) The acceptance of the equipment installation project will be carried out after the equipment debugging is qualified. The equipment management department and the process technology department, together with other departments, will jointly participate in the acceptance and verification by the persons in charge of installation, inspection, and safe use, and fill out certificates and acceptance handover forms such as installation, construction, quality, precision, inspection, safety performance, and debugging records, which can only be completed after being signed by all parties involved in the acceptance.

　　(3) Handover procedures after the combination dryer is accepted and qualified; open the equipment packaging, acceptance (or acceptance form before equipment installation), equipment operation test record form are technical documents brought along with the equipment after being signed by all parties involved in the acceptance, and are included in the equipment file management by the equipment management department. The safety management department should record safety issues during the installation test.

　　(4) After the equipment transfer is completed, the equipment management department will sign the equipment production notification form, and keep copies separately in the equipment management, user units, finance department, and production management department, and submit the notification to start use, fixed asset management certificate, and the basis for evaluating the project plan.
