What are the advantages of combination dryers?
A combination dryer is a new type of compressed air drying device, which is organically combined with a refrigeration dryer, an efficient oil filter, and a heatless regenerative adsorption dryer. The principle of the combination dryer is to realize air compression as needed for adsorption, without the need for heating or regeneration of the DC transformer. If the operating standard deviates from the rated operating conditions and effective improvement measures are not taken, in severe cases, it will endanger the normal operation of mechanical equipment, reduce work efficiency, fail to obtain the required gas, and reduce the service life of machinery and equipment.
The temperature at the dangerous leakage point of the combination dryer can cause moisture in the gas, for the following reasons:
1. Inlet air temperature: The inlet air temperature of all ordinary suction dryers is specified to be below 45 degrees. Under the same conditions, for every 5-degree increase in temperature, the water content increases by 30%, and the dew point increases by 10 degrees. If the inlet air temperature exceeds 60 degrees, the adsorbent will lose its adsorption capacity.
2. Oil content of the combination dryer: The inlet compressed oil content is controlled below 0.01 mg/m3. If it is too high, it is easy to cause the adsorbent to "poison", thus endangering the adsorption characteristics. An oil filter is installed in front of the dryer, and it is checked regularly to ensure everything is normal. The lower the inlet temperature of the filtering device, the better. If the temperature exceeds 66℃, it is ineffective.
3. Regeneration gas supply: The regeneration gas supply of all normal mechanical equipment should not exceed the standard. The reignition temperature is 125-160 degrees. In the middle, there is no 15% heat and 6% burn (Nexon has packaging). Many companies only have switch valve operation, and all normal operations do not require arbitrary adjustments. Because the burn-in dryer's total flow rate at the moment of reignition cannot be too small, otherwise, it will reduce the heat convection efficiency of reignition, leading to local overheating or no heating. If the heat is uneven, it will damage the characteristics of the adsorbent. If the total flow rate is too small and the flow rate is too low, due to the short-circuit failure of the cyclone cross-layer, the "tunnel public" cannot conduct heat symmetrically and adsorb reasonably, and it is easy to regenerate adsorption.
4. Water content of the combination dryer: Reduce the inlet temperature of the dryer as much as possible. Install steam storage tanks, gas-liquid separation equipment, freeze dryers, oil filters, etc. Pay attention to checking the drainage pipes regularly to ensure they are functioning properly.
