  1. Stable outlet dew point: The large-capacity desiccant bed ensures sufficient contact time between the air and the desiccant, fully absorbing moisture. Adding 30% more desiccant compensates for natural aging, ensuring a desiccant lifespan exceeding 3-5 years.

  2. Low regeneration consumption: The tower design stores 98% of the adsorption heat, maintaining high regeneration temperature and improving regeneration efficiency. The countercurrent flow of drying and regeneration prevents energy waste as moist air passes through the dry desiccant.

  3. Long desiccant lifespan: The uniquely designed removable stainless steel diffuser evenly distributes gas within the tower, preventing desiccant wear from channeling. The slow and effective backfill pressure prevents wear on the adsorption bed and eliminates downstream pressure fluctuations. The selection of high-quality desiccants; automatic charging technology and airflow distribution technology all extend the desiccant's lifespan.

  4. Easy operation: The microcomputer control system features automatic timing, automatic switching, working time settings, and fault alarms. The operating status is dynamically displayed.   What is the working principle?

  The heatless regenerative dryer is designed based on the pressure swing adsorption principle. That is, moisture is adsorbed under pressure, and the saturated adsorbent is quickly reduced to atmospheric pressure, at which point the adsorbed moisture will desorb itself, regenerating the adsorbent. The desorbed moisture diffuses out of the machine.

  The heat recovery regenerative dryer uses the above principle for regeneration, a method called the pressure swing method. Using the adsorbent, a small portion of the heat generated during adsorption and the dried air is used to regenerate the adsorbent. Therefore, the pressure swing method is also called heatless regeneration.

  The heatless regenerative dryer uses a dual-tower pressure swing adsorption and heatless regeneration process. One adsorption tower performs adsorption drying under working pressure, while the other uses a portion of its own dried gas to reduce pressure, approaching atmospheric pressure for regeneration. The two towers switch at a certain interval, continuously providing dry air.
