Detailed introduction
The compressed air pre-cooler is a specialized product developed in 1994 in cooperation with Antioxygen Technology. It is designed for the air separation industry, primarily to pre-cool and dehumidify compressed air, lowering its temperature to approximately 5℃.
Features
1. Refrigeration compressors utilize products from companies such as FUSHENG.
2. Refrigeration control components are selected from DANFOSS (Denmark) or EMERSON (USA).
3. Electrical components are sourced from Siemens and Schneider Electric.
4. Heat exchangers are of plate or shell-and-tube type.
5. Uses SMC (Japan) float-type or NASS (Germany) electromagnetic valve drainers, equipped with anti-clogging devices to prevent damage to the automatic drainers.
6. The equipment panel is treated with baking paint, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing design.
7. No foundation installation required.
