Before production and use, remember to check the compressed heat dryer, for example, whether all valves in its pipe network system are in normal operating condition; whether the refrigerant high-pressure gauge and refrigerant low-pressure gauge on the instrument panel are marked and basically equal; and whether the power voltage, phase, and operating frequency meet the specified requirements, and the operating voltage cannot exceed 10% of the rated current.
Compressed heat dryers belong to isobaric heat regeneration. A regeneration temperature of 120 is far from enough; conventional processes can only guarantee a pressure dew point of -20; a dew point requirement of -40C requires an additional auxiliary heater.

If the refrigeration system of the compressed heat dryer malfunctions, don't worry too much about this problem. Generally speaking, compressed heat is mainly water-cooled, and the main causes of refrigeration system malfunctions are old machines, old pipelines, and improper maintenance. In this case, the effective method is to immediately shut down the machine, drain the cooling water from the cooling system, check the pipelines, and further determine the cause of the refrigeration malfunction.
Secondly, the problem of clogged filters in the compressed heat dryer is largely due to the large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the drying filter. Even when using a compressed heat dryer in the northern winter, there is still a certain probability of frost formation at the outlet of the drying filter. The reason for this situation is mostly due to the excessively long service life of the filter element. It is recommended to replace the drying filter regularly.
Another very common problem is the mechanical failure of the compressor matched with the compressed heat dryer. If this problem occurs during use, you can first test the resistance of the motor and check the capacity of the compressor. The detection method is simple; just adjust the range of the multimeter (200M or more). Connect the two probes to the two ends of the capacitor. Regardless of the type of multimeter, the displayed value is very small for a moment and then gradually increases. The larger the capacity of the heat dryer, the slower the speed. If the resistance value of the capacitor is detected to be 0, or there is no change, it can basically be judged that the capacitor is leaking or broken.
