Waste heat regenerative dryers are widely used in various industries, so their uses are still very extensive. In fact, the shell of the waste heat regenerative dryer must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use. It should be used in an environment with relative humidity ≤ 85%RH and no corrosive gases, strong vibration sources, or strong electromagnetic fields. In addition, it should be noted that the workroom has not been treated for explosion-proof or corrosion-proof, and explosive or corrosive gas-producing items should not be dried. In particular, the vacuum pump inside cannot work for a long time. Therefore, when the vacuum degree reaches the requirements of the dried items, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power of the vacuum pump should be turned off. When the vacuum degree is lower than the requirements of the dried items, turn on the vacuum valve and the power of the vacuum pump, and then continue. The waste heat regenerative dryer can extend the life of the vacuum pump. In addition, there are some points to note. If it is a wet or other dried item, add a filter between the vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump to prevent moisture from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction. Especially for some dried items, if they are changed to light weight and small volume (small particles) after drying, a barrier net should be added to the vacuum port of the workroom to prevent damage to the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) by inhaling dry substances. After multiple uses, the phenomenon of being unable to pump vacuum will occur. At this time, replacing the door seal or adjusting the extension distance of the door latch on the box body can solve the problem.
Check the automatic drain valve on the pre-filter every shift every day for the waste heat regenerative dryer. Check whether the tower switching, regeneration, and boosting actions are normal. Check the operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature, and air flow. Check the humidity indicator; blue is dry, and pink is wet. If so, check if the silencer is dirty or clogged. If the backwashing pressure of the regeneration tower is too high, the silencer needs to be replaced. Check the pressure drop of the pre-filter and post-filter. If the pressure drop exceeds 0.5bar replace the filter element. During maintenance, it is necessary to close the stop valves connected to the inlet and outlet of the waste heat regenerative dryer, fully open the bypass pipeline, completely depressurize the dryer system, open the desiccant filling port, and take samples of the desiccant for inspection. For pollution and crushing, please replace the desiccant. Remove and inspect the outlet check valve. Repair and replace as appropriate. Remove and inspect the air inlet valve and regeneration exhaust valve, clean and replace worn valve seats and seals. Check whether the pneumatic valve cylinder is leaking or the seals are worn. Except for maintenance, the left box cover cannot be removed to avoid damaging the electrical control system. It should be kept clean frequently. The door glass should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions, but with a soft cotton cloth. If the waste heat regenerative dryer is not used for a long time, clean the exposed electroplated parts and apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion, and cover them with a plastic film dust cover and place them in a dry room to prevent the electrical components from getting damp and damaged, affecting the use.
