The heat source in the heating regeneration process mainly comes from the heat generated during the compression process of the last stage of the air compressor, that is, using overheated compressed air with a higher temperature. The heat of the desorption tower regeneration is of the drying type, with a temperature of about 90～110 ℃, low 80 ℃, high 180 ℃. Of course, the air compressor must be an oil-free machine. In industry, it is mainly centrifugal and oil-free screw type. The former mainly belongs to medium and large exhaust volume, suitable for different working conditions for relatively stable social occasions. The latter is generally for medium and small exhaust volume, and the impact of load changes during operation is relatively large.

Experience shows that for every 10 °C decrease in adsorption temperature (P0), the dew point can be reduced by 10 °C, and for every 10 °C decrease in heating temperature (P2), the dew point can be reduced by 4 ~ 5 °C. In particular, dry air purging has a great impact on the instantaneous dew point and the life of the adsorbent, which cannot be ignored.
