Built-in imported oil-free air compressor, the spray powder diameter is normally distributed, the flow rate is very good, the noise is very low, less than 60dB. The whole machine adopts the atomization structure of a liquid atomizer. Made of stainless steel, compact structure, no auxiliary equipment is needed.

　　The drying temperature control design adopts real-time adjustable PID constant temperature control technology, making the temperature control of the entire temperature zone accurate, and the heating temperature control accuracy is ±1℃. In order to maintain the purity of the sample, an air intake filter is equipped. The feed rate can be adjusted by the feed peristaltic pump, and the small sample volume can reach 50ml. Press and hold the main power button on the dryer control panel for more than three seconds, and the temperature digital display shows the actual temperature of the cold trap; 3. Start the refrigeration unit and pre-cool for more than 30 minutes; 4. Place the sample in the sample rack, cover it with an organic glass cover, and start the vacuum pump; 5. After the pressure digital display of the freeze-drying combination dryer stabilizes, record the temperature and pressure values. 6. Record the temperature and pressure values before shutdown; 7. Press and hold the inflation valve on the control panel of the freeze-drying combination dryer, and immediately close the vacuum pump.
