What needs to be checked on a hot air dryer?
The company mainly operates various compressed air after-treatment equipment, including modular dryers, zero-air-consumption dryers, regenerative blow-air dryers, combined dryers, wholesale combined dryers, waste-heat regenerative dryers, compression heat dryers, adsorption dryers, refrigeration dryers, precision filters, and other equipment.
Hot air dryer weekly inspection:
1. Check if the tower switching, regeneration, and pressurization of the hot air regenerative adsorption dryer are normal.
2. Check operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature, and air flow.
3. Check if the regenerator silencer of the hot air regenerative dryer is dirty or clogged. If the regeneration pressure of the regeneration tower is too high, it indicates that the silencer needs to be replaced.
4. Check the pressure drop of the pre-filter and post-filter. If the pressure drop exceeds 0.07Mpa, replace the filter element.
Hot air dryer monthly inspection:
Check the control pneumatic filter pressure reducing valve filter element and replace it as needed.
Hot air dryer quarterly inspection:
1. Check the pre-filter and post-filter cores, check for blockage and possible damage, and replace as needed.
2. Close the inlet/outlet valves or bypass the dryer, depressurize the hot air regenerative adsorption dryer system, open the desiccant filling port, sample and check the desiccant. If the desiccant is contaminated with oil and crushed, please replace the desiccant.
3. Remove and inspect the inlet pneumatic valve and regeneration exhaust valve, clean and replace worn valve seats and seals.
4. Check the pneumatic valve cylinder of the hot air regenerative dryer for leaks or worn seals.
5. Check the check valve and repair or replace as needed.
6. Check and repair the control pneumatic solenoid valve.
7. Calibrate the dew point probe. (If equipped with a dew point meter)
8. Check if the silencer of the hot air regenerative dryer is clogged with oil or dust. If the back pressure exceeds 0.035Mpa, it should be replaced.
9. Please use the dedicated accessories for the hot air regenerative adsorption dryer to avoid unnecessary losses.
