Hot air regenerative dryer: Do you know how to maintain a hot air dryer?

2. Every three months, briefly close the pressure reducing valve and check for leaks in the air intake pneumatic valve. If air is discharged from the exhaust silencer, it indicates a leak.

Daily inspection: Check the automatic drain valve on the pre-filter every shift.
Weekly inspection:
1. Check if the tower switching, regeneration, and pressurization of the heatless regenerative adsorption dryer are functioning normally.
2. Check operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature, and air flow.
3. Check if the regeneration silencer of the heatless regenerative dryer is clogged. If the regeneration pressure of the regeneration tower is too high, it indicates that the silencer needs to be replaced.
4. Check the pressure drop of the pre-filter and post-filter. If the pressure drop exceeds 0.07 MPa, replace the filter element.
Monthly inspection:
Check the control air filter pressure reducing valve filter element and replace it as needed.
Quarterly inspection:
1. Check the pre-filter and post-filter cores for clogging and possible damage, and replace them as needed.
2. Close the inlet/outlet valves or bypass the dryer to depressurize the heatless regenerative adsorption dryer system, open the desiccant filling port, and take a sample to check the desiccant. If the desiccant is contaminated with oil and pulverized, replace the desiccant.
3. Remove and inspect the air intake pneumatic valve and regeneration exhaust valve, clean and replace worn valve seats and seals.
4. Check the pneumatic valve cylinders of the heatless regenerative dryer for leaks or worn seals.
5. Check the check valve and repair or replace it as needed.
6. Check and maintain the control air solenoid valve.
7. Calibrate the dew point probe (if equipped with a dew point meter).
8. Check if the silencer of the heatless regenerative dryer is clogged with oil or dust. If the back pressure exceeds 0.035 MPa, it should be replaced.
9. Please use accessories specifically designed for heatless regenerative adsorption dryers to avoid unnecessary losses.
